Peter - I never heard of The Cheaters, nor do I remember it being a staple on Chicago TV. When was that?
It sounds really interesting, though, and also has one of my 20 Favorite Actors in it - Eugene Pallette. Thanks for the recommendation.

I saw The Cheaters on one of the local Chicago stations as I recall. I lived in Evanston from June 1962 through June 1965. They use to show vintage Warner Brother movies waaay late at night on weekends which I watched with the volume barely on to not disturb anyone, while I discovered Ruby Keeler and Joan Blondell.

It may be worth mentioning that Billie Burke is also in a favorite holiday film that used to be a network television staple when I lived in the Chicago area, The Cheaters. It might be found on tape, but not on DVD.
